Join us during Winterfest in Carleton Place for a very special Art For Aid Project Holiday Sale on Saturday, Nov. 23!

Art for Aid has been run entirely by volunteers as a free art supply line for remote Indigenous schools in Canada since 2013, right here in Carleton Place. It is entirely grass roots run and not federally funded, so we rely on good people to move the big wheels forward. We raise shipping dollars in part, with our beautiful fundraising art products.

The Big Christmas Sale is to support the schools we will ship to this year, beginning with Cat Lake in Northern Ontario.

Did you know that Art for Aid also helps schools by supporting their land based learning programs with ice fishing gear and with hunting and game processing gear? We welcome support from local businesses that wish to contribute to this resource pool. We also encourage businesses to look towards Art for Aid to purchase their AGM gifts, office staff appreciation gifts or simply do a collection of art supplies for us.

We hope to see you on Saturday November 23rd from 11-6pm for some unique Christmas shopping and some pay-it-forward sharing. Ask about Art for Aid, how you can help, or any other question you have on your mind. We’ll have a donation bin onsite for anyone wishing to purchase and donate art supplies to Cat Lake, either from our art supply store, or from your preferred location.
