The main purpose of the studio is to help participants increase self-awareness and stimulate meaning making through creative projects.

Each session, the art therapist will guide participants to explore emotions, situations, thoughts and practice mindfulness through the use of varied art materials following art making prompts. The process of art making is the main focus of the open studio.

No previous art experience required.
